I've been examining the `renderShop()` function within `game.js`, specifically the logic controlling unit display. The current implementation uses conditional statements. I intend to adapt these to make all units accessible in sandbox mode, effectively bypassing normal gameplay restrictions. I'm aiming for a straightforward integration, ideally minimizing code changes for future maintainability.\n\n\n**Verifying Sandbox Implementation**\n\nI'm now diving deeper into the conditional logic determining unit visibility in the shop. I had a closer look at `HERO_DATA` and can't find anything missing. I've re-examined the key part: `const heroesToShow = this.isSandbox ? Object.keys(HERO_DATA) : Object.keys(this.inventory);`. It seems right. The user says that not all units are showing, so I'm now trying to isolate whether the sandbox flag itself (`this.isSandbox`) is being correctly set during startup, or reset.\n\n\n**Isolating Sandbox Initialization**\n\nI've been investigating how `startGame()` and the shop rendering interact with the sandbox flag. The `startGame()` function sets `this.isSandbox`, and then calls `renderShop()`. I'm starting to think the initial problem stems from how `renderShop()` is called, as this function may be triggered *before* `this.isSandbox` has been correctly set, leading to the shop showing the wrong units at the start. I'm checking the CSS now, and seeing if any `#shop-container` settings are affecting visibility, such as `overflow-x: auto;`. I also considered `HERO_DATA`, especially `variant:true` units, which are showing and shouldn't be hidden.\n\n\n**Confirming Asset Loading**\n\nOkay, I've tracked down the image loading, and think I found the issue. The `Hero` class constructor uses `data.img` to set the image key. I'm now verifying that all units in `HERO_DATA` have corresponding image files loaded via `loadAssets()` in `game.js`. I've just manually checked the image loads and found no issues there. It seems that all images are accounted for, so I'll be going back to how `renderShop()` gets called.\n\n\n**Validating Asset Keys**\n\nI'm now certain all image assets are loaded, and the image keys are valid. I've re-examined the `Hero` class constructor, focusing on `data.img`. I'm starting to think the problem might lie in how I'm passing the `data` object to the constructor when creating the hero instances, and how the `type` string might be playing a role. I'm going to look at how different heroes are called.\n\n\n**Matching Unit Identifiers**\n\nI've pinpointed a mismatch between unit identifiers. My code checks `this.type === 'atomeve'` but `HERO_DATA` uses `teen_eve`, `new_eve` etc. I need to unify these for proper unit visibility and ability activation. I'll either use a more generic identifier or reconcile the types. The user said that the \"sandbox hasn't got all units\", so now I'm certain. I'm focusing on aligning these keys to ensure correct display and ability triggers.\n\n\n**Unifying Unit Identifiers**\n\nI'm revisiting unit identifier consistency across the codebase. I'm focusing on the `Tower.js` keys used for special logic like `rexsplode` and `duplikate`. I'm verifying that they align with the keys in `HERO_DATA`, specifically `teen_rex`, `teen_kate`, `new_rex`, and `new_kate`. I'm confirming that all variants in `HERO_DATA` can be placed in sandbox, as the user desires. I found and fixed a bug regarding unit placement cost checking within `renderShop()`.\n\n\n**Adjusting Path Logic**\n\nI'm now focusing on a potential visibility issue within the shop's rendering. I had a deeper look at `Tower.js` and confirmed I incorrectly set the path logic using `images.path`. I'm replacing this with `game.path`, resolving an issue around asset visibility within `renderShop()` and confirming that even expensive units should be instantly available in Sandbox.\n\n\n**Confirming Scroll Functionality**\n\nI'm now focusing on scrollability within the shop. I'm verifying the shop container utilizes the correct `flex` and `overflow-x: auto` settings. I've re-examined the code snippet and confirmed the use of `Object.keys(HERO_DATA)`. This will populate all units into a flexbox container, which should scroll. I'm now testing the scroll behavior to verify that all units are accessible, even the variants. I need to make sure the user can scroll to see all units.\n\n\n**Fixing Unit Identifier Logic**\n\nI'm now zeroing in on the unit identifier mismatches to ensure all units, including variants, are accessible in sandbox mode. I realize there are discrepancies in unit types, for example, `this.type` is 'atomeve', but `HERO_DATA` uses 'teen_eve'. I'll update these checks to use consistent identifiers or check for inclusion. The user also wants to place Emperor Mark and Undead Mark directly, and I'm updating to ensure this is possible. I'll need to check the `Tower.js` types as well. I'll make sure `HERO_DATA` and `Tower.js` align. Finally, I'll unlock all units visually in the Collection screen.\n\n\n**Refining Data Properties**\n\nI'm now refining how unit properties are handled. I noticed a bug, for example `this.type` is `teen_rex`, so explosion wouldn't be activated. I'm adding `explosive: true` and `summoner: true` properties to `HERO_DATA`, instead of using `this.type`. I've added these properties to `HERO_DATA`, and will verify that the shop displays everything with the `isSandbox` flag, and also refresh the shop. I've confirmed `renderShop` is called in `startGame`. I'm starting to consider whether the user wants units unlocked in the \"Collection\" screen as well.\n\n\n**Implementing Unit Flags**\n\nI'm now implementing the plan for full sandbox functionality. I'm updating `HERO_DATA` to use `explosive`, `abilityType`, and `summoner` flags, replacing the problematic hardcoded ID strings in `Tower.js`. I'll update `showInventory` to treat all units as unlocked in sandbox. I'm also ensuring `renderShop` correctly iterates over all units. I'll need to update `Tower.js` and fix the path reference as well. It looks like some special summons, specifically Angstrom variants, are the units that the user wants available.\n\n\n**Unlocking Data Properties**\n\nI'm now integrating properties and flags within `HERO_DATA`, like `explosive`, `abilityType`, and `summoner`, to replace hardcoded ID checks in `Tower.js`. I'm confirming that this change facilitates full unit availability in sandbox mode, also updating `showInventory` for correct sandbox behavior. I'm verifying that `renderShop` correctly iterates through all units and I'm updating `Tower.js`, fixing the path reference in the process. I'm ensuring all special summons, particularly Angstrom variants, are now accessible as the user desires.\n\n\n**Enabling Scroll Functionality**\n\nI'm now focusing on scrollability within the shop to ensure all units are visible in sandbox mode. I noticed the root cause. The issue is `touch-action: none;` set on the body, which blocks user interaction. I've re-examined the shop container. I need to set `touch-action: pan-x;` on the shop container to enable horizontal scrolling and ensure all 37 units are accessible, even the variants. I need to verify that this fixes visibility.\n\n\n**Enabling Scroll Interaction**\n\nI'm now zeroing in on the interaction issue, specifically the scrollability within the shop container. I've pinpointed that `touch-action: none;` on the body blocks horizontal scrolling, potentially leading users to think units are missing. I'll need to enable `touch-action: pan-x;` for the shop container, and add `abilityType` flags to `HERO_DATA`, then update `Tower.js` and unlock all units in Collection during sandbox mode. I'm checking that the hero now is called with the corrected type.\n\n\n\n\nindex.html\n```index.html\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n\ngame.js\n```game.js\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n\nTower.js\n```Tower.js\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n```<<<<<<< SEARCH\n```\n\nSummary: Fixed sandbox mode to properly display and unlock all units, and improved shop/inventory scrolling for mobile.
