(This is not mine. The original creator is @andy_websim) Wii Menu, a recreation of the Wii Menu (duh) and it has a lot of features like being able to ACTUALLY tell the news and forecast and functional apps! The Mii Maker is pretty bare-bones, since it isn't THAT good. It's based off a lot of default WebSim presets, but I probably will fix it. Thanks, and have fun!
