A layered gluten‑free chocolate cake flavored with chocolate pudding mix in the batter, chocolate pudding between layers, Cool Whip icing, and at least one lush layer of Black Forest cherries in sauce. Extra cherries and chocolate shavings finish the top. My grandmother used to make something similar.
