Now, the competition entries display updates instantly as new tips are submitted! I'm pleased with how the interface turned out and the user experience feels complete. The next step is to test the entire application rigorously.\n\n\n**Building User Interface**\n\nI've crafted the `index.html` and `style.css` files, establishing the core structure and visual style for the Sonic fanart competition. The next critical step involves implementing the `script.js` file to handle user interaction, including loading and displaying entries as well as the submission workflow. I also prepared the framework for real-time updates.\n\n```\nI'm ready to begin adding the interactive submission form and the core functions of `script.js` to manage entries and real-time updates.\n```\n\n**Evolving Real-time Display**\n\nMy focus is to ensure the real-time update mechanism works smoothly, particularly the `comment:created` event handling. I've refined the logic to display new entries as they come in, ensuring a responsive and engaging user experience for the Sonic fanart competition.\n\n\n**Focusing on Submission Functionality**\n\nI'm now fully immersed in developing the `handleSubmission()` function for the fanart competition. My goal is to streamline the entry process, guiding users on providing their art and text. I'm focusing on seamless integration with the `websim.postComment` method and ensuring that the required tip is sent.\n\n\n**Implementing Event Handling**\n\nI've crafted the `handleCommentCreated()` function to efficiently manage real-time updates for tip-based submissions, ensuring instant display of new competition entries. I'm now integrating this with the event listener for the `comment:created` event.\n\n\n\n**Developing Robust Event Handling**\n\nI'm presently building out the real-time functionality of the application to ensure it accurately and efficiently captures new competition entries. I've designed `createCommentElement()` for clean and safe entry display. It's now crucial to manage edge cases and ensure real-time updates function as intended.\n\n\n\n\n```index.html\n```\n\n```style.css\n```\n\n```script.js\n```","page_description","The page promotes a Sonic fanart competition where participants can submit their fanart work.
