This is build 9926, overall rather known as the first technical preview of windows 10, sometimes i wish some things stay in the final version, or atleast optional, overall this recreation is goofy (if i had to say how complete is it, i would say in a 0 to a 100, its atleast 2.)
(if i had to say this would be a nightmare but still would the ai remake a build of a windows 10 that looks like mixed with 8.1 with the help of a human?)
