Synthesis Protocol — Garage Kiln Rite

\n+

\n+ Core Preparation\n+

Isolate and press Carbon-14 powder into a dense 2 mm pellet, forming the cathodic heart.
Ultrasonically clean the pellet in reagent-grade ethanol to remove any surface occlusions.
Dry in an inert environment to preserve purity for the deposition stage.

\n+

\n+ Diamond Film Deposition\n+

Load the pellet into a reinforced hydrothermal reactor capable of >1500 °C and >5 GPa.
Flood the chamber with a CH₄/H₂ feed doped with boron to seed p-type conductivity.
Rapidly ramp the core to 1200 °C to crack methane, allowing an amorphous diamond lattice to grow in-situ.

\n+

\n+ Anode Assembly\n+

Post-cure, stencil a Graphite-12 collector grid using pulsed laser or vapor deposition.
Align traces for minimal resistance and high capture efficiency across the diamond film.

\n+

\n+ Encapsulation & Validation\n+

Seal the cell within a chemically inert ceramic shell to contain emissions and exclude moisture.
Measure open-circuit voltage (Voc) and short-circuit current (Isc) to qualify the pulse core.
